Case Study Background
When we began collaboration with Keifer Real Estate in October 2024, the website was technically and visually outdated. It was built on an older WordPress system that was neither regularly maintained nor strategically optimized for search engines.
The result:
Low visibility in Google search results
Minimal organic traffic
Lack of local discoverability
Poor user experience and low conversion rate
Our goal was clearly defined: Increase visibility, boost organic traffic, and generate more qualified inquiries – through a targeted combination of SEO, content, and technical optimization.
Strategy & Implementation
Our approach combined content excellence, technical SEO, local SEO, and a complete website redesign.
SEO & Content Strategy
Initially, an extensive keyword and competitive analysis was conducted. The focus was on high-relevance and conversion-potential keywords such as:
“Real estate agent Affoltern am Albis”
“Guide to buying real estate in Zurich”
“Swiss real estate market forecast”
Based on these insights, a content architecture was developed that addresses both search intents and user expectations. We integrated structured data (Schema Markup), FAQ sections, and search engine-optimized texts designed to impress with clarity, value, and thematic depth.
Outcome: Several blog articles, including “Swiss Real Estate Market Forecast 2025,” landed within the top 5 of Google results within 12 hours of indexing.

2. Local SEO & Google Business Optimization
In parallel, the Google Business profile was rebuilt and optimized for Local SEO. Through targeted efforts on reviews, NAP consistency, and backlink building, Keifer Immobilien reached the number one position in Google's local search for 'real estate agent Affoltern am Albis' within two months.
Website Redesign (Migration to Framer)
The relaunch process began in July 2025. The previously technically error-prone WordPress website was completely redeveloped on Framer:
Modern, responsive design
Technically clean SEO structure
CMS for blog posts and real estate listings
Schema markups and structured data
Improved load times and Core Web Vitals
Focus on conversion and user-friendliness
The relaunch took place in October 2025 with measurably better technical and content outcomes. Here are images of the website's previous state and current:
