In the B2B SaaS project RankScale.ai, iGrow e.U. restructured an existing, inefficient sales process within nine weeks in the fourth quarter of 2025. The goal was to reduce friction points in the funnel and build a clear revenue engine. By simplifying the sales journey, lowering entry barriers, and introducing a structured demo playbook, the close rate in sales increased to 39 percent. Additionally, an organic revenue of 10,000 Euros was generated without using any advertising budget. The implementation included HubSpot automations and clean lead qualification.

In the project SoWork.com, the focus was on improving visibility in AI-powered search and response systems. Although the product was technologically advanced, there was previously little presence in AI search environments. iGrow implemented a technical SEO foundation, structured data, consistent entity mapping, and dedicated grounding pages. Within 22 days, measurable AI Visibility increased from 16.6 percent to 82.3 percent. Full visibility for defined transactional search queries was achieved in systems like Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. Approximately one-third of all citations occurred through the implemented grounding pages. Initial content achieved measurable presence in AI search results within 24 hours of indexing.

In parallel, iGrow took over Google Ads campaign management at SoWork.com and implemented completely clean conversion tracking throughout the onboarding flow for the first time. Within the first 24 hours after activation, five qualified leads were measured. The key here was not to increase click volume, but to precisely define and measure qualified conversions.

After completing tracking and campaign restructuring, paid ads measures were scaled. Within a week, 32 qualified leads were generated, with only the conversion “Onboarding completed” considered a success criterion. The new structure allowed for data-based optimization without scattering losses or budget experiments.

In another project in the field of HR and payroll software, iGrow worked in a highly competitive B2B market with long decision cycles. By developing market-specific landing pages and following a consistent bottom-of-funnel strategy, revenue of 120,000 Euros was directly generated over performance campaigns within three months.
