Project Overview
Die Agenturverwaltung, an agency management software, was already collaborating with iGrow before the account was fully transitioned to our own GEO tracking in calendar week 32 of 2026. The baseline was at 12.3% AI visibility, lagging significantly behind competitors MOCO and awork, both of which stood at 26.7%. From that point on, iGrow systematically shifted the content focus to the bottom-of-funnel: comparison articles and content geared towards making concrete purchasing decisions instead of broad, informative reach-oriented articles. Within four weeks, by August 31, 2026, the visibility score rose to 41.9% (+28.5 points), and Die Agenturverwaltung surpassed all of its competitors. In terms of Share of Citations, the brand sits at 30.2%, which is more than double that of its strongest competitor, MOCO (13.6%).
The execution
01
Challenge
The agency management software category was at 12.3% AI visibility, lagging far behind MOCO and awork, both of which stood at 26.7%. The existing content barely covered the relevant money prompts; informational content dominated, while comparison and purchase-decision content was lacking.
02
Solution
iGrow took over full control of the account under its own GEO-tracking in calendar week 32 and consistently shifted the content focus to the bottom-of-the-funnel: agency software comparisons, project management for agencies, and concrete purchasing decision topics instead of broad-reach articles.
03
Result
Within four weeks, the Visibility Score rose to 41.9% (+28.5 points). The agency management software overtook MOCO, awork, helloHQ, sevDesk, and PROAD, and now leads the competitive field by a wide margin. In terms of Share of Citations, the brand is more than twice as high as the next strongest competitor.

How We Did It
THE STARTING POINT
Die Agenturverwaltung, agency management software for agencies, was already working with iGrow. In calendar week 32 of 2026, we took over the account completely into our own GEO tracking. The baseline showed 12.3% AI visibility. At this point, MOCO and awork were at 26.7% each, and helloHQ was at 19.1%. Die Agenturverwaltung was visibly lagging behind in the competitive field.
THE SHIFT OF FOCUS
From this point on, we consistently shifted the content focus to the bottom of the funnel: agency software comparisons, project management for agencies, and content for specific purchasing decisions instead of informative reach articles. The topics of agency software comparison (43.5%, +21.0 points) and project management for agencies (47.2%, +45.4 points) were specifically prioritized because they are closer to the purchasing decision than general guide content. The effect is also broad across AI engines: Google AI Mode rose to 57.3% (+49.9), Google AI Overviews to 55.7% (+42.6), and Copilot to 48.5% (+39.1).
THE FIGURES
Metric / Result Baseline Visibility (CW32) / 12.3% Visibility Score (Aug 31) / 41.9% Change / +28.5 points Strongest competitor (MOCO) / 29.7% Share of Citations / 30.2% (more than 2x stronger than MOCO) Share of Voice (Mentions) / 18.6% Detection Rate / 46.2% Top 3 Visibility / 39.7%
THE CONCLUSION
The shift of focus to bottom-of-funnel content paid off within a month. Die Agenturverwaltung went from lagging significantly behind to clear market leadership, measured by Visibility Score and Share of Citations. The case shows: those who become visible in the AI search space for prompts that actually precede a purchasing decision overtake established competitors faster than through broad reach strategies.
