Results that speak for themselves

Results that speak for themselves

Results that speak for themselves

A German software company had practically zero AI visibility at kickoff: 1.3% on the money prompts that we had defined in the baseline analysis—transactional and commercial search intent, not informational content. Kickoff was on May 4. Seven days later, after the first batch of articles, the visibility score stood at 54%. Within the first 30 days, following website re-optimization, landing page optimization, and additional articles, the overall AI visibility was at 66.7%, while the next strongest competitor was at 9%. The AI channel thus became the strongest revenue channel in the entire marketing mix within the very first month: 14 qualified inquiries came in directly via AI search, 10 of which turned into paying customers.

The measures that brought the results

01

Challenge

The company had practically no AI visibility on the relevant transactional and commercial money prompts: 1.3% in the baseline analysis at kickoff. Buyers searching for solutions to their problem in ChatGPT or Perplexity were not shown the company. No amount of informative content would have solved the problem; what was needed was targeted visibility precisely at the points where purchasing decisions are made.

02

Solution

Instead of broad informative content, we defined Money Prompts—concrete topics in the transactional and commercial intent area—and developed matching search terms. The first articles went live seven days after the kickoff and were immediately tracked against the baseline in the RankScale tool and shown live to the client. In parallel, website re-optimization and landing page optimization were carried out to convert the newly gained visibility into conversions.

03

Result

Within 7 days: 54% Visibility Score, up from a 1.3% baseline. Within 30 days: 66.7% Overall AI Visibility, well ahead of the next strongest competitor at 9%. 14 qualified leads came directly from AI search, 10 of which became customers. This made the AI channel the strongest revenue channel in the entire marketing mix in the first month.

How We Did It

THE INITIAL SITUATION

The kickoff took place on May 4th. The baseline analysis of the defined money prompts showed 1.3% AI visibility, practically non-existent. From the very beginning, the focus was not on informative content, but on transactional and commercial search intents, the prompts that are actually used before making a purchase decision.

THE FIRST 7 DAYS

The first articles went live seven days after kickoff. Immediately afterwards, tracked in the RankScale tool and shown live to the client: 54% Visibility Score. From 1.3% to 54% in one week, with the first batch of content.

THE FIRST 30 DAYS

Parallel to the additional articles, website re-optimization and landing page optimization were carried out. Within the first 30 days, the overall AI visibility stood at 66.7%. The next strongest competitor had a 9% Visibility Score. In terms of Share of Citations, the company stood at around 40%, also clearly ahead of the competition.

More important than pure visibility: 14 qualified inquiries came in directly through AI search in the first month. No informative traffic, but inquiries with purchase intent. Practically every inquiry that was passed into the sales process was also closed. 10 of the 14 inquiries became paying clients, information that the client shared with us afterwards.

THE CONCLUSION

In the first month, the organic AI channel became the strongest revenue channel in the entire marketing mix—not by coincidence, but because the content was aligned with money prompts instead of reach from day one. The case shows: even companies with almost non-existent AI visibility can become market leaders in AI Search within a few weeks with the right money prompt strategy, with a direct, measurable pipeline impact. According to the client, the investment was already recouped in the second month, profitable from month two onwards, with further growth in month three.
